About Our Agency
Asian Pacific Community Counseling (APCC) is a community-based, nonprofit tax-exempt agency with a mission to promote the well-being of individuals and families through culturally and linguistically relevant, relationship-based counseling, outreach, prevention, and education with an emphasis on Asian Pacific Islander communities. We provide services integrating a multilingual and multicultural approach.
Organized originally as "Stepping Stones" by concerned members of the Asian community in 1976, APCC incorporated in 1977. APCC’s diverse bilingual and bicultural board of directors, staff and volunteers provide a variety of services to Sacramento County Asian Pacific Islander populations.
